Department Profile:
The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firm's books and records, and by contributing to Firmwide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Morgan Stanley's various industry and government regulators, and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community. Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley's various businesses and its senior management team.

Associate level role in Corporate FP&A's Management Reporting team:
- Exposure to weekly preparation of MCR reporting to OpCo/ManCo
- Preparation of Interim and Quarterly CFO Review to Audit Committee & Board
- CCAR Review & Challenge (R&C) deck preparation & participation in R&C meetings for Annual & Mid-cycle CCAR submissions
- Act as Business Analyst in challenging CCAR consolidation automation project working with Segment FP&A and Division Controllers
Preparation of external DFAST disclosures for Annual & Mid-cycle
- Ad-hoc analysis for Global Head of Corporate FP&A


- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills; ability to analyze complex spreadsheets
- Interest in/understanding of accounting/consolidation processes and data flows
- Ability to effectively communicate and listen to Finance stakeholders and understand their requirements
