Description: The Vice President Consumer Savings Products New Capabilities Delivery Manager is responsible for the execution of new product development and enhancements of features/functionalities that position Citi to gain market share of consumer bank retirement and non-retirement money market, savings and certificate of deposit deposits. A successful candidate will drive client satisfaction initiatives and make decisions that put our clients first in everything we do. The candidate will also have acute understanding of the levers that foster the health and growth of the savings product portfolio., * Work closely with the Consumer Savings Product Group Head to develop, maintain and champion enhancements and new product development for the Savings Product Roadmap * Collaborate with the Savings Product Manager(s) and Savings Products Business Controls Manager on the development of business cases * Drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of select new and enhanced savings deposit products * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Citibank Online, Call Center Operations, Branch, and other support groups on the design, development, budgeting, and release schedules for projects aimed at driving the performance of our products * Ensure that product enhancements contribute to a positive client experience * Oversee the product development technology lifecycle * Serve as Subject Matter Expert for consumer saving products including the policies, operations and technologies integral to delivering products or enhancements to clients * Ensure strict adherence to product management policies and guidelines to ensure all legal, compliance and audit standards are met * Bachelor's degree; MA or MBA an asset * Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer banking * Strong understanding of the US retail banking landscape * Experience in product development * Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills * Leadership: * Self-motivated, self-managed, and disciplined with strong leadership and influencing skills * Ability to form strong partnership with key stakeholders in other areas and work with them on initiatives? willingness to hold partners/team members accountable when necessary. * Effective identification and escalation of issues or concerns * Communication: * Superior ability to communicate/present ideas and plans articulately and succinctly both face-to-face and in writing * Ability to interface with and present to senior levels of management * Quick-Thinking: * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while carrying multiple projects at any given time * Ability to work in a matrixed organization and drive through organizational change or ambiguity when required * Teamwork: * Team-oriented with a successful track record in leading and managing internal and external teams * Ability to "sell" or gain buy-in across function or organization * Customer Focus: Ensure a positive client experience * Quality/Attention to details: Rigorous attention to detail and maintenance of the highest standards of product service, quality and data integrity * Project Management: * Ability to manage different and often competing priorities to completion with efficiency and accuracy * Ability to think strategically and tactically to deliver projects successfully and on time * Superior project management, problem solving and analytical skills * Proven track record of successful end-to-end management of highly complex projects and leadership of cross-functional teams * Drives Results: * Motivation to strive to provide continuous improvement using both business and analytical acumen while developing optimal strategies and tactics to achieve results
