The Vice President of Practice Management provides leadership and support in aligning operational strategy of 1,500 Beltone retail and owner network locations with objectives of the company. This individual is responsible for serving in a leadership role as a subject matter expert and facilitator in the planning, development, improvement and implementation of systems and processes that contribute to the growth of the business. The successful candidate will exemplify operational excellence by fostering a culture of cross-functional accountability and collaboration, and by continually delivering on company expectations. The Vice President of Practice Management will provide solutions and communicate effectively with key strategic partners and is a member of the Beltone executive leadership team. Responsibilities: + Create, drive, and execute a strategic plan that enables the successful achievement of goals, targets, and initiatives for Beltone retail and owner network locations. + Assess, diagnose and provide solution for any gaps in the performance of the business. + Create and deliver growth and relationship strategies with multiple-level contacts within retail and owner network businesses by consulting with and cultivating relationships at all levels. + Develop long-term cross-functional performance strategies; own and provide oversight to the detailed execution of the strategies. + Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional practice management advisory teams to ensure effective and efficient coordination with Beltone retail and owner network locations. + Master all Beltone Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Professional Development functions in order to lead practice management advisory team members in all aspects of Beltone's objectives. + Present department goals, gaps, solutions and accomplishments to the executive team and at company-wide meetings, in alignment with VPs of network and retail.Develop and report monthly progress tracking to leadership team. + Monitor consistent ROI tracking and reporting. + Lead the performance management process for direct reports to support a culture of continuous feedback to drive organizational improvements. + Working in a matrix organizational structure, align with department heads on implementation of strategies to improve performance. + Participate in standard operating procedure design and strategy, leading the cross-functional advisory teams through drafting of delivery content. + Bachelor Degree required; strongly prefer business-related major; advanced degree preferred + 15+ years of relevant work experience; strongly prefer industry experience with retail business-related focus or multiple medical office focus + Management experience in a medical retail setting is preferred + High energy with a strong work ethic and strict confidentiality adherence required + Ability to provide direction, leadership and motivational communication + Ability to strengthen staff capability, productivity, and performance through modeling a responsive, open environment for learning and development + Proven ability to influence and participate in broader organization + Ability to provide energy and focus to KPIs and key business objectives + Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills; ability to influence at the most senior levels in the organization + Necessary competencies include strong business acumen, and leadership and people management skills.Must be results and quality oriented.
