Quotient VP, Specialty Retail Marketing Los Angeles, California __________________________________________________ Apply Description We're looking for a Vice President of Specialty Retail team to be part of our leadership team, who will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, growing, and retaining talent at Quotient. You will help the team fulfill technical, operational, sales, and all business requirements of this exciting vertical. You will help us create strategic partnerships to drive top line growth within our team and build out our new Cash Back platform. You will play a fundamental role in crafting and executing Quotient's Specialty Retail strategy going forward. This position will focus on building out the Specialty Retail Category, defined as all retailers outside of Grocery, Drug, and Mass. The leader will be tasked to develop initiatives to monetize Cashback, SEM, SEO and media products to specialty retail merchants and affiliate networks. Position Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the Sales and GTM team for one of Quotient's biggest and most important retail clients, affiliates and Networks. * Lead and Manage client, affiliates and networks relationships to scale existing product to deliver on growth of the business. * Own the strategic partnerships within the Specialty Retail team including driving revenue with CPGs. * Envision, enroll, and execute strategies and solutions that drive success with the cross functional teams and the retailer. * Develop and implement strategic growth plans for Loyalty, Promotions, and digital media at the retailer to meet revenue goals and sales quota, growing the business year over year. * Be consultative and bring the right solutions to our customers. Leverage data to build a compelling story to clients about our value proposition. Connect pricing to promotions to drive incremental sales. * Drive the overall successful implementation of all programs by working effectively in a matrix environment of sales teams and other cross-functional teams (client services, operations, analytics, etc.). * Develop the research, analysis and post program evaluation including an ROI of Quotient's programs. Provide post analysis for key accounts campaigns. * Develop and manage sales strategy with merchant needs to maximize growth and adoption of Quotient products - Cashback, SEM, Media and other advertising and marketing relationships Position Qualifications: * Minimum 10 years successful outside Sales experience in Specialty retail category (non grocery, drug and mass) with focus on affiliate marketing, Cashback, SEM, SEO and Media * Winning track record of Major Account selling to Senior-Level decision-makers. Established contacts/relationships with advertising and promotion decision makers in the Retail industry * Ability to develop senior-level, trust and performance-based relationships by identifying products/services and cross-sell opportunities that best meet client's needs * Passionate about selling and creating value for customers, deep understanding of marketing demographics, media buying, and client ROI * Self-motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented, direct and convincing when it's right for the customer * Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change * Solid computer skills including Power Point and Excel * Home-office based, travel as needed (at least 50 % of time) * BA/BS degree.
