Human Resources Business Partner II GBMC HealthCare Baltimore Baltimore, MD Management/Professional 2018-10-30T00:00:00Z Full Time Responsible for the successful management of Human Resource practices, processes, and policies for assigned client groups. The HR Business Partner will provide guidance and knowledge that covers multiple areas of human resources including employment, recruiting, employee relations, basic compensation and benefits as a single point of contact for assigned client base. The incumbent will address challenges such as retention, development, selection, succession planning and the cultural barriers to change as a result of assigned clients business plan, as well as short and long term goals. Must be a strategic thinker with critical problem solving skills. Must have the ability to seek continual process improvements for the department(s) serviced and the organization. Unit and/or department group assignment represents a more complex client base and/or larger employee base. Works with minimal supervision and provides guidance to less experienced team members. Education Minimum of five years of HR experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree or a minimum of ten years HR experience. Experience Knowledgeable and fully competent in two or more HR disciplines with a working knowledge of all areas of HR. Skills · Presentation skills · Basic computer skills to include familiarity with HRIS systems · Independent thinker who works well in a team environment.
