As the Maintenance and Repair Invoice Auditor, you will be responsible for expediently handling roadside service calls, managing bad order equipment and rebills, and effectively communicating with external vendors, terminals, and SSL's. What you'll do on a typical day: Answer roadside calls and emails from drivers, customer service, and dispatchers Perform work order and invoice reviews through IDCS on road service calls Handle vendor communications regarding bad order repairs and billing questions Review and approve invoices within IDCS, manage bad order counts, and handle invoice review Evaluate work orders before issuing a repair/PO authorization through IDCS; address vendors' billing questions and perform J1/TIR entry into IDCS Review and issue rebills to railroad/motor carriers for damages through IDCS and 3rd party systems Resolve dispute resolutions on 3rd party rebills What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent 1 to 3 years of logistics or transportation experience It'd be great if you also have: Bachelor's degree Intermodal experience Be part of something big.
