The MIL Corporation seeks an Administrative/Project Specialist to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location.

⦁ Understand and apply federal regulations, policies and written procedures
⦁ Transactional, administrative and processing tasks using software systems including knowledge base and case management
⦁ Review recruitment requests upon receipt for completeness and prepare packages for HR Specialist's action
⦁ Collect, organize, and upload new hire documents in preparation of the Entrance on Duty (EOD) process
⦁ Respond promptly and accurately to requests and inquiries from candidates and clients, following up on incoming communications within 1 workdays
⦁ Assist bureaus and internal customers with program information and guidance
⦁ Appropriately escalate complex questions to the lead or supervisor
⦁ Review and prepare documents to support the agency's HR department
⦁ Comply with ISO-9001 requirements and support objectives to meet key metrics
⦁ Comply with all appropriate controls and procedures to protect organizational integrity and prevent unauthorized use or misappropriation of all classified and sensitive (but unclassified) material and equipment in assignment area(s); report instances of security violations/problems to the appropriate supervisory/management official; assume personal responsibility for safeguarding classified and sensitive (but unclassified) material and equipment within assignment area(s).

⦁ Ability to interpret and translate regulations and guidelines in order to make application determinations and advise customers
⦁ Demonstrates strong analytical skills based on regulations, policy and program calculations

⦁ Expertise with Microsoft Office products
⦁ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks
⦁ Exhibits a high degree of integrity, initiative and motivation

BA/BS (years of relevant work experience can be substituted for a four year degree)
