Penske Truck Leasing in Tacoma is seeking a customer service representative to perform parts inventory control, execute shop administrative tasks and organize day to day functions.

Pay will $22 - $26, depending on experience, plus a 50 cent shift differential.
Hours for this position will be Monday - Friday, noon - 8:30 p.m.
What does a customer service representative do? This associate will perform inventory control, execute shop administrative tasks and organize day to day functions.
Other duties include:
Manage the tire and parts inventory for the assigned locations
Manage all the purchasing (except office supplies)
Handle warranty part ordering/returns
Process and manage receipts, payables, and invoices from suppliers
Manage vendor performance for timely repairs and invoicing
Answer telephone dealing directly with customers and vendors
Inform/Schedule preventative maintenance service with customers
Accurately input work requests into ServiceNet
Assist with building/facility maintenance
Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
