Technical Account Manager

* Collaborate with clients to ensure exemplary IT service delivery
* Lead and manage client business reviews including service audits and client presentations
* Monitor contract renewals and manage them in collaboration with account executives
* Identify opportunities for additional portfolio solutions and services
* Identify root cause for service failures and report issues to affected clients
* Advanced to senior level customer service experience
* Advanced to senior level multitasking experience
* Moderate to advanced service delivery experience with an MSP
* Moderate to advanced technical knowledge in IT
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills to all personnel levels
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
* ITIL certification
