EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelors degree required.
* Strong leadership experience.
* Requires experience in a complex, matrix organization.
* Must have background working with a company of 15,000 employees or larger.
* Attract, retain and develop Senior Executive leaders.
* BUILD AND LEAD high level searches, determine search strategy, identify and attract candidates, conduct interviews, and create employment offers.
* Provide strategic advice and sourcing support to fill leadership positions.
* Identify talent gaps utilizing innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques.
* Manage interview process to ensure behavior-based interviewing techniques and other best practices are utilized.
* Manage application process and background/references check services.
* Will follow C-suite professionals through succession planning.
* Establish end to end process, metrics and accountability for business functions.
