Manage the daily operations of a large cafe.
Provide leadership in new creative menu ideas, menu planning, organizing and directing of all guest services.
Direct the work of 15 staff members in productivity, preparation, cooking, product quality, sanitation and customer service.
Manage the staff scheduling, ordering, receiving and accounting of all food, supplies and equipment.
Maintain cost control of food, labor and responsible for achieving positive financial results.
3+ years of contract food service operations management experience.
Experience in supervising, motivating and developing a team.
Proficiency in cost control and interpreting results.
Culinary, creative menu experience a plus.
