Customer Experience Agent | Fully remote (Dublin) | Communication | Fintech | TS2.
Customer Experience Agent required by a UK based Fintech who are on a mission to change the face of the consumer finance industry. You will be there to form part of a team of up to 15FTE, supporting customer service calls, Web Chat and Social Media along with providing support with overflow of complex Back Office processes. The role is fully remote in Dublin.
Customer Experience Agent will be resolving issues in general customer services and payments using their excellent problem-solving and strong communication expertise. You should have commercial experience working in the fintech sector and working with key technologies such as TS2.
