Salary: 80k per annum

• Experience with business process analysis and design. Insurance industry experience a plus.
• Own the design and development of User/Business Requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deliverables within a project. Ensure full transparency on business requirement and UAT deliverables and their status.
• Develop best fit approach for Business Requirement and UAT activities within a project together with Project Management, IT, and Business Stakeholder
• Act as 'Communication Interface' between the 'Business Representatives' & 'Information Technology'. Lead/assist in business issue arbitration & resolution
• Analytical Capability with strong solution generation ability
• Strong Team player. Ability to maintain strong relationships and to influence without authority and work in a collaborative manner
• Excellent communication & presentation skills. Able to communicate and explain clearly, concisely and effectively with both business and users and technical specialists.
• Enquiring and tenacious - seeks to understand the real issues, not simply take things at face value. Able to interpret requirements
• Team Player but also able to work independently
• Possesses a strong work ethic and strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
