IT Program Manager - End User

A prestigious company is on the search for a IT Program Manager - End User. This role is revolved around program management of End Users, desktop, laptops, phones, etc. They will be doing project planning for all End user technology.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects, including client interaction and expectations. The projects in this role will primarily be focused on infrastructure related projects
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans
• Serve as Project Manager and Account Manager of both major and minor projects while supervising intermediate to senior level staff
• Develop full-scale project plans and project documentation
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client contracts
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project resources and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Provide leadership, guidance and resolution in responding to project related issues

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years direct work experience providing senior level technology and/or business project management
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
