Are you looking for a bit of extra money over the summer? Well then this could be just the job for you!
We are a small family run business in central Northampton, looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to assist with our online boat and campervan parts retail business.
The summer is the peak time for sales of outdoor leisure accessories, and so during this busy time we need extra help to process orders and handle customer enquiries generated from our two online shops.
You would be working in our office alonside the packing assistant to process the orders that we receive from our websites:

We are a small company of just 5 people and so you will not be a minion but a valuable and important member of the team.
Approx. 30 hours per week
(Can be flexible but roughly 9.300am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday) from June until Sept
Duties to include:
Printing and organising orders & shipping labels
Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
Processing customer returns
Helping to pack the orders when required
General office adminiatration duties
No outbound sales calls!
