For our client a big pharmaceutical company based in Kanton Zug we are looking for a Lead Systems Engineer (f/m/d)
In our organization CoreLab Automation Engineering (diagnostics laboratory automation) we provide innovative automation solutions supporting Diagnostic Laboratories to optimize their workflow/intra-logistic processes, which results in an improvement in testing efficiency, service to clinicians and provided patient care. To ensure interoperability and operability of our Workflow Products we are looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to join our team.

Tasks & Responsibilities
. Technical responsibility for the development of lab automation system components or integrat ed systems, in alignment with business and technical stakeholders
. Technical-lateral leadership of systems engineering disciplines in the identification and implementation of systems engineering tasks in coordination with the project lead and
the higher level systems engineering responsible according to internal development standards and processes
. Management of external partners, including creation of specifications, review and acceptance of work results
. Technical accountability for systems engineering deliveries, such as requirements, architecture, concept assessments, -ilities, configuration management or business
impact balancing (CoGP, development cost, service cost impact)
. Responsibility for the translation of requirements into the different levels (PRQ, TRQ, USP), according to the project's goal, integrated system or system component
. Responsibility for the identification, evaluation and mitigation of technical project risks, including deliveries according to the scope and change board decisions
. Excellent ability to lead teams laterally in accordance with Roche Leadership Commitments and ability to manage external stakeholders
. Expert knowledge in project management for planning and controlling the development project
. Cooperation with other functions inside and outside the project in cross-functional activities, such as with HW and SW Engineering, Operations or Customer support
. Accountable for technical consistency and freedom to operate throughout the project
. Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical-, Mechanical- or Software-Engineering
. At least 3 years of professional experience as lead systems engineer or in a comparable technical leadership position
. At least 3 years of professional experience in and knowledge of relevant processes and methods of systems engineering, especially requirements engineering, architecture definition, V&V
. Experience and ability to lead by influencing and driving decisions in cross-functional, multicultural teams across locations and in cooperation with external partners is strong
. Experience and a proven track record in a regulated environment preferably in the diagnostics industry or in medical lab automation
. You are a practical and interactive person with Hardware and Software affinity
. You have an excellent level of communication, moderation and presentation skills
. Fluent in written and spoken English, German is an advantage
