Jumar is looking for a Senior Mobile Developer (Android or IOS) to join our well established development practice
As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will provide software development expertise within internal or customer Application Development Teams specifically in relation to native mobile technologies ie iOS and Android.
You'll use your expertise to coach and mentor junior developer and support our Architecture and Testing teams in the end to end delivery of large scale project.

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will provide software development expertise within internal or customer Application Development Teams specifically in relation to native mobile technologies ie iOS and Android.
You'll use your expertise to coach and mentor junior developer and support our Architecture and Testing teams in the end to end delivery of large scale project.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do in a typical week
- Direct the mobile delivery team
- Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality and adapt existing applications for apps
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code, and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
- Ensure new and Legacy applications meet quality standards
To apply for this Developer role, you will also require:
- Experience as a mobile developer, with a portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market
- Experience with native and/or mobile frameworks, mobile design philosophy and gaining store approval
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, OOP design principles, relevant programming languages and UI/UX best practice
- Experience of test-driven development, continuous Integration and similar approaches.
