Our client, a leading city based legal firm, are looking for a Change Manager to join their growing PMO/Business Change function.

You will work on a number of key business and IT initiatives ensuring that People, Processes and Communication are at the forefront of any change.

This role would suit either an experienced Change Manager with APMG Change Practitioner certification, or a Change Analyst working towards there APMG, looking for the next step in their career.

This role will offer variety in both size and complexity of project and as such require someone flexible and adaptable with excellent communication skills.

Experience required:

  • Strong change management experience/Change Analyst looking for next step.
  • Experience working on both business change and technical change initiatives.
  • Strong People and Process Change experience alongside strong Change Communication and adoption skills.
  • Experience managing third party suppliers.
  • Legal, Professional Services or other regulated environments.
