Rate- €150-€250 per day

Our client, a global market-leading media & advertising giant are, are currently hiring for an IT Administrator to provide software and desktop hardware support for Mac and Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support software applications
• Provide mobility support - tablets, Concession devices, MiFi devices
• Phone support for VoIP System
• Technical support via chat, email, face to face, and web conference
• Provide training for employees on the use of the applications and systems

Requirements

• 5+ years deskside support experience
• Active Directory, Exchange, Local area connections
• CompTia A+, Network +
• ServiceNow call logging experience

This is an immediate start contract role which will run for a minimum period of 12 months, with the potential to either extend up to 24 months, or become permanent (although this cannot be guaranteed)
