Position Overview:

We are growing our sales force and seeking a Sales Representative located in the Greater Chicago area. We are looking for individuals that can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive can-do attitude, integrity, excellent communication skills and loves to compete.

This position is best suited for a hands-on salesperson who is looking to grow his/her career. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your business acumen by selling to a variety of customers in the food sector while working and learning from a stable company with a rich history.

The ideal candidate exhibits a high level of energy, coachability, accountability and has the desire to consistently meet/exceed goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Provide consultative sales solutions to existing customers and prospects
  • Lead new business development efforts by executing on opportunities that lead to sources of new revenue, new markets, and new capabilities
  • Demonstrate the skill to leverage our value proposition against price
  • Attend industry conferences and team meetings
  • Effective territory and account management as well as meeting/exceeding sales targets

Key Competencies

  • The desire to continuously enhance skillsets and be an effective, consistent team contributor
  • Ability to effectively manage time to prioritize results-oriented activity.
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills and effective usage of Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong and trusting internal and external relationships
  • Effective problem solving and active listening skills with a level of curiosity to uncover customer's needs and determine a viable solution
  • Represent ForeFront Packaging in a positive light by being recognized as a go-to resource that strengthens customer relationships and sustainable business levels
  • 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • BS, or BA preferred, but not required
