Operations Associate - Must Have Some Crypto Knowledge

Remote | Full-Time

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading modular execution layer. You will be working at the bleeding edge of blockchain scalability R&D, designing developer documentation and tutorials, along with other user- and dev-facing content.

The Role:

• Manage calendars of founders, including scheduling appointments and calls across multiple timezones
• Organise and schedule calls with external partners and projects
• Conduct work-related travel bookings for founders and team members
• Support team in business operations and people operations efforts
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks for management

Required Experience:

• 1-2 years spent in a relevant role in operations or administration
• Track record in successfully juggling multiple projects/timelines/stakeholders at once

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Highly organised
• Strong time management skills
• Project management capabilities
• Self-starter mentality
• Effective communication style that works across founders, clients, and internal teams

Bonus:

• Prior experience in processing transactions on Ethereum
• Familiarity with the web3 space, or the appetite to dive in and learn quickly
• Background in Philosophy
