Senior Implementation Analyst

The Senior Implementation Analyst position is a key client-facing role in a dynamic financial software industry that is, among other things, responsible for:

• Simultaneously supporting multiple customer implementations of our software product
• Supporting the IT Finance Advisor in reporting of project status and forecasts
• Leading Training Sessions and participating in workshops that guide our clients through the implementation process
• Working with customers to gather custom business and technical requirements and translating them into a functional design that will meet those needs
• Building functionality in the software tool (ie configuration of processes, tables, etc.)
• Migrating and transforming data from customer systems for import into the software product
• Creating reports and analytics that support customers' needs
• Managing the testing and documenting of underlying data models, processes, and reports to meet functional design and specifications
• Managing the development and delivery of customized training materials for client implementations

Qualified candidates will have the following requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in building complex data/financial models
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Track record of excellent customer service skills and the ability to influence
• Possesses strong to expert Excel skills
• Knowledge of SQL a plus
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• High degree of accountability
• Ambitious, motivated self-starter
• Team player with demonstrated positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm in working toward team and individual goals
