Responsibilities:



Help develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment and onboarding process.



Collaborates with department heads to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.



Works closely with the HR director and in house recruiting staff to implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.



Source and recruit candidates in a timely manner by using databases, such as applicant tracking and social media etc.



Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.



Screen candidates resumes and job applications in a timely manner.



Monitor applicants, open positions and apply HR recruiting best practices.



In person and on the phone assessment of applicants’ relevant skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.



Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.



Planning and organizing community outreach and corporate events.



Attends RV shows and job fairs.



Preparation of recruitment materials.



Collaborates with the hiring manager and or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.



Connect the new employees with key information, resources, and people within the organization via the onboarding process.



Ensure compliance with local and federal law, regulations, and company policies.



Requirements



Flexibility to travel



Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Excellent interpersonal skills



Ability to work with HR Director to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles



Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative



Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines



Proficient with the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software or other recruitment systems



Proficient with Microsoft Office



Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust



Comfortable making decisions independently



Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
