The Role:

This role will be responsible for sourcing talent, building candidate pools, enhancing the candidate recruitment experience and partnering with the business, ensuring recruitment processes are inclusive and appealing. You will be recruiting for a variety of LA based roles, these could include: creative, production, digital, data, commercial and M&A roles.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Recruit vacancies within dedicated business areas within an agreed timeframe, ensuring that the most suitable and cost-effective sourcing strategy is used

Proactively identify new ways to find great talent directly.

Have an understanding and appreciation of diversity and actively encourage diverse talent.

Proactive identifying, sourcing and securing of candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods and job boards.

Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills as well as the culture fit.

Establishing and maintaining effective networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proactively building and maintaining the candidate pipeline, through proactive research.

Mapping out and reviewing competitor structures

Ensuring Workable is fully utilized and candidate records are updated to allow for accurate reporting and effective onboarding.

Contributing to the wider team and business initiatives

Organize and schedule interviews for your roles ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Using Workable (ATS), ensuring all applications are screened and communications sent to candidates in the Moonbug way.

Ensure progress is communicated in a timely and effective manner with hiring managers and candidates.

Monitor and track recruitment KPI’s on the recruitment spreadsheet and workable.

Ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects including employer branding, diversity and inclusion partnerships, careers site and internship programs.


5+ years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).

Ideally an interest and/or network in the creative/ production and content industry

Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forum

Self-Starter, ability to solve problems, show initiative and think creatively

Flexible, resilient, adaptable and comfortable with a level of ambiguity – be ready for anything!

Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search engines and job boards
