About You:

You are an experienced Services Product Manager or Services Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in identifying and driving the creation and release of profitable service offerings to meet business, market and customer needs. Someone who is creative and highly organised, you will be able to work with cross-functional teams to execute your customer-focused plans.
You will be excited to join a fast-paced company to help us execute existing plans but also help us identify new Service and revenue streams across our ever-expanding software portfolio and exciting international growth.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Drive on-going adoption and divisional engagement for Access FlexPoints and associated services catalogues. Exceeding associated revenue and consumption goals.
• Drive research and work with Divisional subject matter experts to identify requirements for new or improved Service offers
• Enable sales and pre-sales teams to sell Services offers through availability of sales trainings and assets
• Work with Access Consulting Services, Implementation teams, Development Services, Customer Success teams to ensure optimal service delivery and efficiencies
• Be a change agent for internal system and process improvements to drive operational excellence
• Work with acquisition teams to drive adoption of your services portfolio for newly acquired businesses.
• Conduct pricing vs. revenue analysis for assigned offers and help identify innovative cost reduction solutions for assigned offers
• Work with financial teams to develop financial P&L performance, forecasting, and ROI
• Be flexible to help create and drive other Service offers across Access.

Skills and Experience:

• Customer centric, experienced product and business manager with a high degree of commercial and business acumen within the IT Services, SaaS, ERP, Cloud or Customer Success domain.
• Results driven - accountable, able to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and operational end-to-end delivery, problem solving, prepared to go over & above when required.
• Innovative self-starter - curious and driven to understand data, trends and performance.
• Excellent organisational skills - prioritisation, resource management and project management.
• Strong understanding of the dynamics and leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to creatively problem solve and deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong operational mind set, decisive, get it done mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where handling pressure and achieving deadlines are normal,
• Excellent communication skills. You are a confident, clear and warm communicator with a flexible and constructive approach to customers, cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Flexibility and pragmatism, an ability to self-plan and respond to shifting priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Defining end-to-end customer journeys and leading cross-functional team to create the assets needed for these journeys, from market awareness, sales engagement, service delivery and on-going support.
• Market research & segmentation experience.
