Entry Level Remote Sales Closer Position

Who Are We:
We Are A Done-For-You Sales Solution. We provide our clients with a complete end-to-end sales system. Recruting, training, and managing. We are a tight-knit small business, with a much more family-like feel. If you like the feel of a smaller business, rather than a Corporate America job, we provide that.
Job Duties & Roles (includes, but is not limited to the following):
Going through our initial sales training and shadowing to set you up for success in your consultations
Showing up to consultations that are assigned to you on time, with a smile and a positive mindset
Closing deals remotely from the inbound appointments that are set for you
Scheduling follow-ups for all of your no-hire consultations
You must be coachable (we have a proven sales structure that we follow and there are no deviations from that)
You must be able to memorize a script (we provide you guidance, but you have to be able to memorize the script)
You must be willing to follow our script/structure (it is not some slimy used car salesman script...it is a professional services consultation based script closing at rates of nearly 65-80%)
You must be able to show up in professional attire (button-up shirt for men and modest top for women) I know it is remote, so you have to commit to professional attire at least from the waist up :) the new virtual world standard
You must be punctual. There are no exceptions to being late for sales consultations.
You must have prior sales experience. (Don't let this stop you from applying. There are many forms of sales experience. We would like you to have at least some sales background, but if you're interested, still apply.)
Sample Day in the Life:
We just had our weekly sales huddle
You are reviewing your calendar for the sales consultations ahead today
You have a consultation for "X Firm" at 10:00 AM
It is 9:55 AM, you are logging on to Zoom, pulling up the respective script for that "X Firm" and mentally preparing for your consultation
It is 10 AM, you start your consultation, run through your script, and CLOSE THE DEAL!
Immediately after closing the deal, you mark your outcome form for the result of that consultation
Rinse & Repeat all of the consultations on your schedule for that day
You will be paid on a weekly basis
You are paid per hire (so it is based on performance)
That being said, we consider a maxed out calendar to be 60 appointments a week, so you will have plenty of swings in a week to earn a good living
We are projecting this role will earn anywhere from $80k-$120k annually with the opportunity to grow
