Position Summary: As a Client Service Associate at Trilith Wealth Management you will be the first physical impression when clients walk through the doors. Your smile, demeanor, and willingness to help in any possible way will help our company to deliver a luxury experience. Your duties both client facing and behind the scenes will be integral to the success and growth of the firm.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Handle all buy/sells, directed by advisors
  • Execute trading for our in-house models
  • Provide a luxury welcome experience to guests and clients
  • Answer main office phone line (Secondary responsibility)
  • Monitor office text messages (Secondary responsibility)
  • Deliver all mass communications via email to clients
  • Execute client experience Matrix
  • Assist in preparations for FINRA and LPL Branch Exam
  • Prepare information for weekly team meeting
  • Light data entry into financial planning software
  • Prepare system reports and communicate to clients, CPA, estate attorneys, and/or insurance agent
  • Resolve system notifications
  • Enter notes into CRM for senior advisor
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Interact and communicate necessary information to our property and casualty insurance agency, Trilith Insurance
  • Have a desire to deliver luxury service to clients
  • Have an attitude that views new opportunities with a positive outlook
  • Critically thinks about ways to do things better and voices them
  • Analyze/problem solve both independently and with other team members
  • Handle needs from the stages of anticipation through completion of advisor and other team members


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in using eMoney, Redtail, and/or Clientworks is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including experience in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Desire to provide unmatched luxury service to our clients

  • Consistently complete tasks/projects on time and can do so independently. Learns and grows rapidly, from both success and failure, applies and shares learnings to help everyone improve
  • Handle needs of clients and the company from the stages of anticipation through completion
  • Have an attitude that views new opportunities with a positive outlook
  • Consistently act in an ethical and compliant manner by adhering to policies and procedures
  • Able to adapt to a changing environment and be able to address tasks with varying degrees of priority
  • Willing to adapt job responsibilities to meet the needs of the company
  • At least 2-5 years' experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance industry
  • Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts preferred
