Financial Services Contract Manager

Our client is a leading international investment dealer seeking a paralegal to assist with ISDA and other trade documentation.

The focus of the role will be on assisting a team of lawyers and negotiators with trade documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update internal legal database
• Review trade documentation

• Review internal systems (including web applications) for applicable files and documentation

• Work on ad hoc projects as needed

• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal contacts and external counsel and counterparties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
