IT Support Engineer

Job Title - IT Support Engineer
Fixed term contract until 31st December (looking for an immediate joiner)
Client location - Ireland Little Island, Cork

Salary - €80.000p/a pro rata

Job Description:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident management.
• Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution.
• Assist Wireless support team (Specifically for RF Device Handhelds) deployment and troubleshooting.
• Assist the site with their Pick To Light System by assisting with troubleshooting system errors/issues.
• Helps local hardware support team with checking JDE printers in JDE system.
• Provides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes.
• Should be conversant with ITIL process (Service/Asset management).
• Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in manufacturing plant.
• Worked in pharma/manufacturing plant is added advantage
