Recruiting Specialist (German)

Recruiting Specialist (German) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the business by hiring suitable candidates for the branch network, Remote Sales & Advice business and Contact Center business in several regions
• Delivering exceptional talent acquisition by using innovative sourcing strategies
• Managing the end to end recruitment process for junior client advisor hiring
• Sourcing, identifying and hiring the right candidates and increasing our diversity balance
• Ensuring candidates and hiring managers experience seamless execution from start to finish
• Partnering with colleagues in other divisions and locations to share best practices and candidates

Your experience/knowledge:

• Hands on work experience as a Recruiter with in-house or from a search firm specializing within the financial services
• Excellent research and direct sourcing capabilities
• Outstanding relationship management and communication skills
• Languages: German and English - fluent in written and spoken, French is a big plus

Your soft skills:

• An individual with positive attitude known for delivering excellent recruitment solutions
• High integrity and compliant with internal quality standards
