SAP FI/CO Workstream Lead

RED Global - SAP S4 FICO Stream Lead - ASAP - Long Term contract

On behalf of our Global Key Client, RED is currently looking for:

Role: SAP S4 FICO Stream Lead

Start: ASAP

Duration: 31.12.2023 (long term contract)

Location: Remote + occasionally offices in Germany, Switzerland and Austria (expenses will be covered)

Languages: English, German nice-to-have

Tasks:

• working on end to end concepts and solutions (cross stream ie OTC, PTP, PTM)
• managing the FICO technical (external) consulting team (mainly Accenture)
• providing state of the art and best practice approaches and concepts (for template finalization and local rollouts)
• managing deployment phase activities (ie cut-over, testing etc.)
• Own the SAP solution roadmap and ensure it supports the business strategy

Skillset:

• FI/CO technical knowledge (business concepts/technical matters)
• EN fluent (German optional but clear advantage)
• several years' experience in FI and CO (SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience)
• management skills (coordinate and lead colleagues and external partners) or (manage the deliverables of the SAP Specialists)
• ideally agile/scrum experiences
• strong analytical skills
• have the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined project team, able to communicate technical concepts to technical and
  non-technical stakeholders appropriately
  be able lead others from a solution and experience perspective
• willingness to take ownership of problems and subsequently resolve them by consulting solutions
