Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Recruiter to working in in-house recruiting who brings experience in this field.
This is a 1 year contract.
- Manage the whole recruitment process from a to z
- Identify and hire the right candidates for our business
- Build relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners
- Work closely with colleagues in other HR teams
- Make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
- 3+ years of experience in a business-facing, recruitment role ideally in-house within a large corporation
- Base knowledge in operations systems and settings as a plus
- Stakeholder management skills and comfortable with being challenged
- Effective negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Somebody who can work under pressure and deals well with peaks and high volumes
- Passionate about human resources and dedicated to delivering a high level service
- Not afraid of complex business, changing priorities and a mix of responsibilities
- Always professional (but you have the human touch)
- Fluent in both German and English
