Are you a Team Assistant with 2 years professional experience in administrative positions, preferably in an international and multicultural environment and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Your role:
You will support high volume and urgent requests for the department as they relate to administrative functions such as raising requisitions, travel coordination, retreat organization, supplier creation, meeting requests, and other spontaneous support when required.
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:
- At least two years' experience in administrative positions, ideally in an NGO environment,
- Ability to adapt to the needs of different departments
- Proven ability to prioritize.
- Excellent at multi-stakeholder communication
- Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Fluency in English, French would be desirable
