Experience:

• Good understanding of the healthcare IT market and its challenges would be highly beneficial
• Knowledge of digital health standards such as HL7, DICOM, FHIR, IHE.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience a data development or architecture role
• Knowledge of multiple structured and unstructured data stores
• Demonstrated interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
• Experience with virtualized environments
• Experience with public or private cloud environments
• Experience designing functional and integrated test plans
• Experience translating user needs into successful processes and system design
• Displays a high degree of initiative, energy, dedication, and innovation on a regular basis
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with users at diverse organization levels and a variety of skill levels
• Demonstrated analytic decision-making, problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on an autonomous or team basis
