Product owner/Digital business analyst

RED Global - Product owner/Digital business analyst - 6 months+ ext - Zurich- ASAP

On behalf of our Global Key Partner, one of our international clients is looking for a Digital Business analyst to join their team. The customer is in the process of massive digital transformation project and like you to be a part of their team to help them generate a world-class customer experience.

* Role: Digital Business Analyst/Product owner
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 6 months + extension
* Location: < 4 days a week on site in Zurich.
* Capacity: 5 days a week
* Languages: English, German would be a bonus.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Analytical Customer Advocate: If you're passionate about bringing in the customer lens, analysing pain points across the I manage (sub-)journeys (eg I Manage my bills, I Manage my contract, I move) and create world-class experience.
• Experience working with Business stakeholders like Marketing, Sales, Customer care operations
• Experience working as PO/BA in Telco or Digital native organization
• Experience in Customer facing applications ( Ecommerce, eCare, eHelp, Mobile app etc.)
