Technical Support Analyst
London - Hybrid
£200 p/d - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35
Technical Support Analyst required for a global independent trading company. In this role you will be working within the IT team, quickly gaining knowledge on in-house trading platforms, to deliver technical support in a fast paced and high energy environment.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Providing technical support to traders
- Installing Hardware and Software
- Testing software and providing solutions and workarounds to problems
- Implementing new products and expanding on in house systems
- Monitor trading systems and resolve issues
- Taking ownership of any issues both remote and Face to Face.
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- Computer Science or Finance Degree
- Experience within Technical Support including networks
- Experience with Linux and Windows
- Experience with Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with databases (SQL or MySQL)
- Experience in trading environments.
It would be great if you also had the desire for self-improvement and continuously wanted to attain merit.
