POSITION SUMMARY:
We have embarked upon building a Global Digital Commerce platform, a world class ecosystem focused around the needs of our customers, while also being operationally efficient. In your new role, you will have the opportunity to help define and shape the future of Digital Commerce across all brands in the Americas region.
You will collaborate with experts in the digital commerce space to develop innovative eCommerce, Consumer Marketing, Omnichannel and Retail product solutions. While delivering world-class outcomes, you love to find new ways of working across an organization, while collaborating in other areas of the company. Bringing creative approaches and facilitating out-of-the-box thinking, you will inform top strategic priorities.
The Sr. Business Analyst for Consumer Digital & eCommerce will play a critical role in defining actionable insights & guiding user stories for the North America eCommerce sites, consumer marketing technologies, & Omnichannel capabilities.

The Sr. Business Solutions Analyst will have a deep understanding of all digital consumer & eCommerce products on the eCommerce sites and associated channels, and drive epics & user stories for the following products:
* Search & Browse
* Checkout & Account
* Order Management
* Insights & Analytics
* Site Merchandising
* Consumer Acquisition
* Lifecycle Marketing
* Consumer Retention

The Sr. Business Analyst will develop in-depth knowledge of key digital technologies, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Manhattan Active Omni, and Acquia CDP, amongst others.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
* Define epics, write user stories with the voice of the stakeholder, and sequence backlogs for delivery
* Lead discussions end-to-end across all systems in the digital commerce ecosystem
* Develop detailed testing scripts and acceptance criteria for team members to follow during testing of fixes and enhancements
* Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) demos, coordinate UAT, and gather user approvals
* Partner with UX, analytics, engineering, QA and business partners on feature design and development
* Evaluate information received to mitigate conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, translate low-level information to business understanding, and distinguish requests from underlying needs
* Create insights from competitive analysis using a variety of digital enablement tools
* Measure KPI's for their products
* Identify opportunities for increased efficiency, including other necessary modifications needed due to regulations within a respective country or region
* Lead key project management activities across the project life cycle
* Drive and/or assist with operational support during Retail holiday season

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
* 7+ years in digital commerce business analyst experience

Education:
* Bachelor's degree required, in any relevant business, liberal arts, STEM, or technology/engineering disciplines

Skills:
* Understand business practices and project methodologies, focusing on Agile methods.
* Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
* Effective communication - communicates effectively and at the right level based on the audience, written and oral

* Ability to use styles and methods that engage customers to achieve glowing results and drive iteration.
* Ability to develop artifacts to support a digital experience management practice
* PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Ability to cross product domains into customer experience, merchandising, checkout, and order management
* Experience working and managing iterative delivery tools like JIRA, Confluence
