THE COMPANY:
A political consultancy and public relations agency with an enviable reputation within FTSE250 companies and major property developers in the UK. Clients include: Netflix, The Crown Estate, Argent Related, British Land, The World Cup.
THE ROLE:
* Managing relationships with media and press; ensuring press releases are well written, and tell the story in the right light
* Identify new business opportunities
* Nurture and manage client relationships
* Run client campaigns through the full life-cycle of the campaign
* Delivery of communications and/or community consultation plans
* Identify future problems and ensure smooth running of the campaigns
THE PERSON:
* Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, consultation and negotiation skills
* Ideally, a background in property or architecture
* Good understanding of local/national politics, political structures, Government, and public sector
* Ability to manage your time well as well as maintaining positive intrnal and external working relationships
* A demonstrable interest in news, national politics, local government, planning and development
