Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a team with focus on Production Support, performance and tuning, design, deployment and support of Oracle and Oracle RAC Database for Credit Suisse DHP Platform and Infrastructure systems
• Analyze the needs of users to help identify Database problems and initiate the process for proposing solutions
• Ensure requirements of the business users are captured, documented and clearly understood by development, QA, and other IT groups before a solution is developed and implemented
• Coordinate and participate in Hosting Services stability initiatives that aim to improve integrity of the production environment
• Build and support the BCP initiatives and ensure infrastructure compliance .
• Perform above tasks while at the same time adhering to Hosting Services policy around incident, problem and change management and best practices
• In addition, staff will need to be conscious, aware and practice Credit Suisse 5 competencies.

• Oracle 10g, 11g
• Oracle RAC
• Oracle OMS GRID
• Oracle Design Database performance Tuning
• Linux, Solaris
• Knowledge of MSSQL a plus
