One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Tenders Specialist/Tenders Project Manager who has been worked with tenders, knows the processes and how to make them more efficient. At least 1-2 years of experience in tender projects is required.

Description: Client is looking for a Project Manager for a running engagement.

The area is related to what we call Tender Excellence, which encompasses an existing platform to manage tenders, developing further capabilities into the tender platform and around analytics to on the one hand make tender specialists and managers more efficient in their day-to-day operations, and on the other hand to serve them with the right types of insights to take optimal decisions and to improve upon their current operations.

Principal responsibilities

The Project Manager is to play a key role in this initiative:

Following up on activities (and helping define where not yet the case), ensuring we can stick to timelines and for cases where this has to be revised helping clarify and plan for the impact

Ensure sufficient capacity is planned for, both when it comes to time required with people working on this initiative, as well as when it comes to planning for release capacity and schedules of the different technology platforms

Help guarantee we remain seeing the bigger picture of activities which need to take place, among other things not losing sight of planning in change management and training needs

Assist in keeping track of how we spend against budget
