Description

• Analyse, Review and Structure the new process for issuing the digital product investment memorandums (EFMs).
• Analyse, Review and Structure the process for identification and classification of the sources of value and the Revenue streams for a selection of digital platform projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (CFO, Treasury subject matter expert, businesses) and agree on the methodology.
• Identify the sources of value and the Revenue streams for a selection of digital platform projects.
• Prepare, issue, complete the functional assurance and gain final approval of the EFM (and underpinning financial model) for 2022 Digital Platforms investments.
• Customise a collaborative tool (ie Airtable) to manage the whole process in compliance with my clients DOA and GIAAP.

Key Criteria

• Accounting qualification and Commercial investment management qualification.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Experience in finance performance management
• Experience in budget and investment internal approval process including having successfully prepared and delivered several investment financial memorandums, economic models valued $10m each (including full functional assurance).
• Experience in finance performance process improvements and simplification.
