My client is a rapidly growing organisation with a global client base and offices in the UK, Australasia and the Americas, providing SaaS software solutions. An opportunity exists to join this business in a Business Development Manager role.
The Role
* Delivering sales across the UK
* 360-degree sales role generating own appointments, completing ‘discovery,’ conducting demo and closing
* Lead generation supported by Sales Development Representatives, external appointment setting business and data from Marketing
* Uncover client’s business challenges and identify relevant business opportunities
* Managing the sales process end-to-end, including commercial negotiations
* Consultatively build relationships with customers
* Uncover client’s business challenges and identify relevant business opportunities
* Efficiently and effectively process assigned opportunities into sales
* Manage your own pipeline and all work activities, maintaining accurate information and up-to-date forecasts on all prospects
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
The Person
* Exceptional track record of acquiring new business
* Experience of using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology and will suit an individual from a SaaS, e-commerce, IT, digital advertising, recruitment or similar background
* Ability to develop trust and relationships with prospects, customers and colleagues
* Excellent telephone, online and face-to-face presentation skills
