Agile Coach

Salt is currently recruiting for a globally recognised Financial services company in Belgium. Our customer is working on some fresh new assignments in 2022 therefore is keen to hire a Agile Coach with immediate effect.

As an Agile Coach, you would act as discipline expert in Agile Practices: help Agile teams, particularly Scrum Masters and Product Owners, advance in their use of Agile principles, practices and techniques.

Pat of the role includes:

• Validate candidates appetite to the Agile methodology to form the team (posture criteria)
• Mentor team in order to lead them toward further understanding and adoption of Agile
• Train team members to the Agile method
• Experience with ServiceNow projects
• Manage the emotional difficulties encountered by the team
• Install visual management on the project board
• Set up project tracking KPIs
• Co-animate ceremonials with the Scrum Master during the first Sprints (stand-up meeting in particular)
• Gradually transfer Agile know-how and coaching to the Scrum Master

You will need the following:

• Deep Lean & Agile knowledge required
• Certifications Agile Coach, scrum master, product owner
• 3y+ Agile coaching experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, teaching abilities and capacity to inspire and motivate
• Demonstrated ability to influence team and key stakeholders
