One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Talent & Reward).
For this role you can work remotely.

Description: Talent & Reward specialist: End to end implementation experience on SuccessFactors Performance & Goals management and Compensation & Variable Pay module.
University degree
Minimum 2-4 year experience with People Analytics/Talent & Reward management processes.
Should be able to work with the customer independently for overall solution delivery.
Develops, writes, and communicates technical/Functional requirements & design documents.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Two to three end to end implementation experience in SuccessFactors.
To be successful in this role need to have a high degree of customer and user experience mindset with a business-oriented mindset.
