We are seeking a positive and social individual to play a key role in the expansion of our company.

As a Internal recruiter; also referred to as a Talent Manager, your role will be fundamental in ensuring the expansion and development of our team.

Your primary responsibility would be to develop our profile and attract new talent into our business using a number of mediums.

Role

• Recruiting future talent for the business and identifying suitable candidates across all levels from Resourcer through to Team Leader.
• Sourcing candidates via various methods including job, boards, LinkedIn, CV Searching, Referral Schemes, Headhunting etc
• Screening candidates to assess their suitability for a specific role.
• Co-ordinating different stages of the recruitment process, such as phone screening, interviewing, candidate meet-ups.
• Interviewing and managing all candidate correspondence.
• Working with the Management Team to find new and improved ways of attracting candidates.
• Attending Open days and job fairs to attract Graduates.
• Promote the IT Talent Future Stars Academy Training Scheme.
