A member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive, this key position will lead all of the HR, L&D and OD team, and drive the shaping and delivery of the future operating model in support of the strategy. You will provide vision and experience to shape the culture, organisation, processes, ways of working and capabilities to make the CIPD future fit and an exemplar organisation in all that it does.
With significant investment in its digital capabilities, the growth strategy is built on extending connection and support to the wider people profession within the UK and internationally, growing relationships with organisations and connections to business leaders and people managers. This role will be central in influencing HR policy and helping to raise the CIPD's voice in the significant agendas of the world of work.
This is an opportunity for a professionally qualified HR Leader (chartered MCIPD or FCIPD) with experience of championing successful transformation to inspire, influence and provide vision at this exciting and challenging time.
This is a high profile ambassadorial role within the profession and candidates will need to show strong leadership, team-building, influencing and communication skills as well as a solid strategic and commercial capability.
