We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Helpdesk Supporter. This role is permanent position based in Zurich comes with good home office allowance. Your Role Carry out Incident Service request management with Freshservice. Partake in Software Administration O365, Azure, Gitlab, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Duo, Solidworks, etc. Undertake tasks in the areas of Asset Management (SnipeIT, Manage Engine) Hardware (mainly Apple Lenovo). Your Skills Experience At least 2 years of professional experience in IT Support Experienced or further educated in most of the following areas O365, Microsoft Messaging, Identity Access Management. Active Directory Management using Windows PowerShell. Cisco CCNA for Ubiquity WIFI and Cisco ASA. Gitlab. Atlassian Managing Jira Projects for Datacenters. Your Profile Complete IT Apprenticeship or equivalent. A quick learner with a good technical ability. Analytical, strong problem solving skills a customer focused approach.
