LIMS Master Data Technician - Dutch speaking

My client are looking for an experienced Dutch speaking Master Data Technician with LIMS experience.

Job Description:

The Team strives to function autonomously to prioritize and execute routine requests and projects for Master Data (MBR, SAP, LIMS, Informa,) in line with procedures and within the agreed lead time

Experience Required:

• Thorough knowledge of SAP, LIMS and/or Informa
• This position requires a high level of administrative competence + independence + critical attitude + accuracy and correct work
• Technical reading and understanding NL & ENG
• Team player: good communication skills (written and verbal) in Dutch & English.
• Experience in master data systems, statistics and/or computer systems
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Scope of work:

• Loading master data into the systems
• Following up on the master data requests
• Dissemination of knowledge
• Documenting the different processes of master data

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (offer from the following range of tasks depending on the needs of the team)

1. Create, follow up and change MIF/SIF/LIF (request master data in LIMS)

ensuring technical correctness
follow-up from request to input in the systems.
ensuring that the due dates are achieved

2. Create and modify the release lot plan and regs/specs in the computer system

build and maintain the required tests and methods
build and maintain a release lot plan and registration specifications

3. Creating and modifying the stabilities, specifications and templates

building and maintaining the stabilities templates and specifications for the different products and climate zones

4. Create and modify, maintain and inactivate master data in LIMS

5. Responsible for the creation, maintenance and approval of procedures

6. Dissemination of knowledge of master data:

Training new employees and new principles

Prepare training material

Work can be completed remotely from home most of the time with Occasional visits required to office in Puurs Belgium.
