(Apex, Lightning, HTML, Salesforce, Service Cloud, Git)

As Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new projects and features as well as supporting existing solutions which includes but is not limited to:
o Service Cloud on topics such as lightning experience, knowledge base, live agent, the customer community and strong emphasis on integrations with internal systems
o Community Cloud on topics related to case visualization, case classification and customer engagement.
- Closely following and resolving production incidents and supporting our end-users
- Improving our day-to-day work quality and SF/SC release management processes and procedures

Skills:

You have a proven experience of at least 2 years as a Salesforce developer.

This experience covers a.o. following technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of Apex
- Good knowledge creating Lightning Web Components
- Good knowledge creating Lightning Components
- Good knowledge of HTML
- Experience with Lightning development
- Experience with Lightning Web Components
- Good understanding of the out-of-the-box Service Cloud features
- Knowing when to code and when to use point-and-click solutions
- Experience with GIT or a similar versioning system
- Communicative (both within the team and cross-departmental) and having a team attitude
- Working experience with AngularJS is a plus
