BigPanda AI Tech Lead

Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking a BigPanda AI Tech Lead. Candidate will be responsible for solutioning and delivering valuable AIOps Observability services across the organization. Candidate will have a significant impact on team and within the organization, playing a significant role in enabling the AIOps Observability capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist the team with setting up the ingestion of monitoring alerts and normalizing the data from approximately thirty different monitoring sources
• Providing technical expertise for the AIOps Event Correlation Event Correlation (BigPanda) capability on the team and training junior team members on how to support this new capability
• Assisting the Service Owner in shaping the AIOps Event Correlation Event Correlation Roadmap
• Enabling a scalable, state of the art platform to facilitate the delivery of leading edge AIOps Observability services
• Collaborating with IT teams to understand their requirements and deliver solutions to advance our AIOps Event Correlation capabilities
• Alignment with the Enterprise Logging & Monitoring strategy and playing a crucial role in delivering key achievements to reduce Mean Time To Repair and increase our overall IT Stability and Availability posture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent field
• 8 to 10 years of related professional experience and 2+ years of BigPanda experience
• Experience with communicating technology solutions to a diverse audience, including the business, IT, and IT leadership teams
• Experience working and delivering in an Agile environment
• Background with Elastic and cloud infrastructure towards connecting systems/vendors together
• Experience with API connectivity and webhooks for sending and receiving data
• Familiarity with JSON as a medium for exchanging data
• Understanding of data objects and enrichment, including regular expressions
• Experience with an object-oriented language, primarily with Python and/or Node JS
• Ability to transform and manipulate databases for BI Analytics and dashboard creation
• Building end to end processes and driving iterative improvements over time
• Ability to measure success to help demonstrate value to senior leadership
• Diverse IT Monitoring background (Application, Network, Infrastructure, etc.)
• ITSM and ITIL process and functional experience
• Experience with ServiceNow and its service offerings
• Experience using AIOps and driving efficiencies through automation to reduce Incidents/MTTR
• Technical Subject Matter Expertise with BigPanda
• Experience with service ownership within an enterprise organization
• Ability to drive alignment amongst internal stakeholders
• Building a service roadmap that align to positive business outcomes
• Working with customers and vendor towards providing feature requests, including understanding impact and urgency
• Leading and documenting training materials with an enablement mindset
